The Reichstag Building is made of steel and glass. The inside walls are also made of glass allowing you to see the clerks and other parliament people at work. A part of the Reichstag is open to the public and an elevator brings you to the building's roof, and you can even walk all the way to the top of the dome via a spiral walkway.
 
6. Kilmainham Gaol
 
Kilmainham Gaol is one of Ireland’s most popular museums, and a great place to learn about the Irish War of Independence. 
 
The Kilmainham Gaol was essentially a prison where many Irish political prisoners were incarcerated and executed, so it’s another site that is bound to move you.
 
Attractions include a major exhibition detailing the political and penal history of the prison, and its restoration.
